Yoga is an ancient system of healing. The physical practice of yoga is based on optimizing the prana, life force or energy that enlivens, regenerates and revitalizes the body. When the body is in alignment and we move and flow with the breath, we nourish our bodies, hearts and minds.
One-on-one sessions offer the opportunity to explore the practice in the privacy of your own home with specific instruction and hands on assists. Private sessions can also be used to work on specific therapeutic issues.
Laura offers support for the Mama to be through pre-natal privates and nutritional counseling. The practice will be tailored to the needs of the expecting Mama which changes depending on the trimester and the individual experience of the woman.
Yoga is a wonderful way to stay in touch with your changing body throughout your pregnancy and also a very sweet way to connect to the little being you are growing inside. Laura has guided many women through their pregnancy and she loves going through this process with women and supporting them in this way.
